1) LICENSE AND TERMS OF USE
By installing or using Dinaq app you agree to the present terms of services.
Those terms are between ("You") and Dinaq App, ("Dinaq App").
The term "Application" refers to Dinaq applications including, but without limitation, the application versions in Android, iOS phones and other platforms like watches, wearables, Internet-of-things and cars and consists of the following:
i. (i) the mobile software application including, without limitation, any software binary, code, scripts, interfaces, graphics, displays, text, documentation and other components;
ii. (ii) any Updates, modifications or enhancements to the items listed in subsection (i); and
1.1 License Grant. Dinaq App grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to install and use the Application for your individual Use , subject to and strictly in accordance with all the terms and conditions of this License.
1.2 License Restrictions. You shall use the Application strictly for your own use in the platforms officially supported by Dinaq App and shall not (nor allow any third party to): (a) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the Application (except and only to the extent that applicable law prohibits or restricts reverse engineering restrictions); (b) make any copy, modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation or derivative work from the Application; (c) violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations in connection with your access or use of the Application; (d) remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Dinaq App or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the Application; (e) use the Application for any purpose for which it is not designed or intended; (f) attempt to circumvent or disable the security key mechanism or other security mechanism such as encryption that protects the Application or data generated by it against unauthorized use; (g) make the Application available over a network or other environment permitting access or use by multiple Devices or users at the same time (h) use the Application for creating a product, service or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for any services, product or software offered by Dinaq App; (i) use any proprietary information or interfaces of Dinaq App or other intellectual property of Dinaq App in the design, development, manufacture, licensing or distribution of any applications, accessories or devices for use with the Application, or (j) distribute or sell the application to other users, companies or organizations without written consent by Dinaq App.
You acknowledge and agree that the Application, content and all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights associated therewith are reserved by, and shall remain the property of, Dinaq App and its licensors, if any, and that Dinaq App also owns all Data that has been aggregated and/or anonymized. You do not acquire any ownership in the Application under this License, or any other rights thereto other than to use the License in accordance with the license granted, and subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions, under this License..
You may terminate your license at any time by uninstalling the Software. Dinaq App may terminate your license in the event that you breach the terms of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you shall immediately stop using the application and promptly return or destroy all copies of the Application.
This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Dinaq ("Application") that was created by Dinaq App.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application doesn’t obtain any User personal information.
Your location is retrieved automatically in order to calculate prayer times. This information is used locally in your mobile device to process prayer time calculations, it’s anonymous and we never send it to any external servers
We do not sell any Personal Information to any third party in any context under this Privacy Policy.
Librairies: our application uses many technical libraries, frameworks and underlying operating systems or services to develop the application and provide required functionality. For example, we use Google Location services to get the name of the city where a user is located. To make sure external services or codes are safe, we audit and scan third-party systems when reasonably possible to make sure they don’t collect or breach any unauthorized information. However, although we endeavor to provide reasonable effort with this regard, we cannot guarantee what information is collected by external libraries, especially from well-known providers like Google who provide compiled libraries instead of Open source ones.

Location: This permission is needed to locate the user automatically and calculate prayer times accordingly.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We don’t store or retain any Users’ Personal information.
We do not use the Application to solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Any updates to our Privacy Policy will be posted here:
By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing," means using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information under the conditions of this Privacy Policy.
